For students enrolling in the 24-25 School Year, please proceed and follow the steps below. 

For those who are applying for the 25-26 School Year, please see click to view the new enrollment process.

Complete the Student/Parent Intake Form below.

Once completed you will be asked to complete the Enrollment Application using the link provided.  Upon completion of the application, you will then be scheduled to attend one of our group orientations.

Students under the age of 18:

Signatures of both the parent and student are required.

• Note: A separate email address for the parent and student must be used to begin the Student Interest Form.  
• The same email address you provided for the student and parent are to be used in Panadoc for starting the Application Process.  
• Parents must complete the Application and Orientation Forms.  
• Please have the student sign into his/her email.  
• Open the Pandadoc Application and Orientation Forms and sign every place that is requesting his/her signature.  
• Once all required fields are completed by the parent/legal guardian and student, the application will automatically be forwarded to the Admission Department for review.

Students over the age of 18:
Parent signatures are not required.

• When completing the Student Interest Form please use your email address for both yourself and parent.
• After you have clicked on the link to start the enrollment process, Pandadoc will require you to enter your email address without a second
  email for your parent/guardian.  
• Once all required fields are complete, the application automatically will be forward to the Admission Department for review.

This process is necessary to complete the steps 1-3 of the Enrollment Process.
